This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Fixit Fast Mobile (“Repair Service Provider”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) for the purpose of providing mobile device repair services.
The Repair Service Provider agrees to perform repair services on mobile devices, which may include but are not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, internal hardware fixes, software troubleshooting, and other related services (“Services”).
Customer-Supplied Parts: If the Customer supplies their own parts, the Repair Service Provider assumes no responsibility for defects or malfunctions caused by those parts.
Repairs performed with provider-supplied parts are covered under a 30-day limited warranty against defects. This does not cover misuse, drops, water damage, software issues, or customer-supplied parts.
The Customer waives and releases the Repair Service Provider from any claims related to device damage, financial loss, or injury arising from service.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Devices may be withheld until payment is received.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate court located in Lowndes County, Mississippi.
