Before repair service begins, customers must review and acknowledge the Fixit Fast Mobile Service Agreement and Liability Waiver.
Important Information
💾 Data Backup
Customers are responsible for backing up all important data before service begins.
🔧 Customer Parts
Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer's risk and are not covered under warranty.
🛡️ 90-Day Warranty
Genuine or provider-supplied parts and workmanship are covered by our 90-day limited warranty.
Agreement Summary
🛠️ Services Provided
We provide professional repair services including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, diagnostics, speaker repairs, and other supported device services.
📋 Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate device information, disclose known issues, remove any personal accessories not required for the repair, and maintain current data backups.
⚖️ Limitations of Liability
While every repair is performed with care, Fixit Fast Mobile cannot be responsible for data loss, pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or unrelated failures that are discovered during or after the repair.
💳 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full Liability Waiver
Hidden Damage & Repair Outcomes
The Customer acknowledges that electronic devices may contain hidden defects, previous repair damage, liquid damage, manufacturing defects, or other issues that may affect repair outcomes.
Data Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for backing up all personal data, including photographs, contacts, documents, applications, and other information before service begins.
Data Loss & Pre-Existing Conditions
While every repair is performed with care, Fixit Fast Mobile is not responsible for data loss, corruption, software issues, account lockouts, or loss of functionality resulting from pre-existing conditions.
Warranty Coverage
Repairs performed using Fixit Fast Mobile supplied parts are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, customer-supplied parts, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.
Release of Liability
By proceeding with service, the Customer releases and holds harmless Fixit Fast Mobile and its representatives from claims relating to repair outcomes except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Venue for disputes shall be Lowndes County, Mississippi.
Acknowledge & Sign
Your repair cannot begin until this agreement has been completed.
