By using Fixit Fast Mobile’s repair services, you agree to allow the technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on your device. Some repairs may void any existing manufacturer warranty. Fixit Fast Mobile is not responsible for:

By handing over your device, you acknowledge that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to request the repair.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is never sold or shared. Data collected (name, phone number, address, device details) is used only for scheduling, invoicing, and completing repair services.

No personal data is accessed on your device unless required to test functionality and only with your consent.

Return & Refund Policy

All repairs include a 60-day warranty covering defects in parts or workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

Refunds are only issued when a repair cannot be completed or a part is defective and a replacement is not available.

Digital Product Policy

Digital items such as receipts, diagnostic reports, electronic agreements, or photos of device condition are provided solely for your personal records. Redistribution or modification of these materials is not allowed.

Diagnostic & Labor

Basic diagnostics are free. If the device requires extensive testing or time-consuming troubleshooting, the following may apply:

Travel / Mobile Service Fees

Mobile service is free within a 20-mile radius. Beyond this range, travel is billed at approximately $0.70 per mile (round trip).

Right to Refuse Service

Fixit Fast Mobile reserves the right to decline repairs on devices that are unsafe, unstable, severely water-damaged, or otherwise beyond reasonable repair conditions.
